Default Front mount pics :)

We finsihed our Intro Kits intercooler kit. IC kit comes with all the tubing, brackets, couplers needed to fit the 06 and earlier trucks. Bolts in extremely easy, I think. You will have to drill and tap a couple of holes in the frame, or use self tappers. We send 5/16 x 24 stainless bolts with the kit. The brackets are asjustable, depending on bodylifts, etc. Core is 3" with 2.5 inlet and outlets. The 2.5 tubing routes so easy around and through the chassis. All tubing will have a bead rolled end, or welded end to keep the couplers from sliding off.
Depending on bumper configuration, some cutting maybe need to increase the air flow getting to the intercooler.
Stock fan shroud would also need a little TLC just so it does not rub the silicone boot. Clears the fan with plenty of room to spare.
This set up was fitted on our 2000 1/2ton RCSB.

3.5 going over pulley area, once all pipes are installed and tweek you should have about 1.0-2.0 inches of clearance. Pic just looks tight. You can also see the shroud needs a little TLC.

Straight on shot.

cool, I was thinking 2.5" would be a little small. Seems like most people run a 3" setup.

Turbo outlet I.D. is smaller then 2.5. 2.5 will keep the velocity up and fit real nice. 3.0 is an option but adds cost in lots of areas. We can and will build to fit our customers requests.
This kit is rated for our Intro kit.
