Default Front mount with CAI box??

Have any of you guys used the factory air box, or a Volant, etc... with your front mounts?? I have a Volant now and love the looks of it, just curious if i can keep the box and route it to the turbo inlet with a 45 degree elbow? Looks like it would be enough room to use it...

I don't see why not. Might look pretty cool.

Yes it's doable and is a clean look. Just get some couplers and make the connection points.

Trickperformance hot pipes, MP T76. I was able to utilize my stock airbox with a silicone 4" boot and plastic 4" 90.

I used the stock airbox with my KB kit when I had it. 3"-4" reducing elbow.
