Forced Guys What Are Your Iat's

I AM TUNING A 03 SUBURBAN WITH A P1SC & A 408 & A 3 CORE INTERCOOLER. HERE IN LOUISIANA THE TEMPS HAVE BEEN IN EXCESS OF 100 WITH A TON OF HUMIDITY. THIS SETUP FOR THE PROCHARGER HAS THE AIR FILTER ON TOP OF THE HEADER & I KEEP GETTING IAT'S FROM 150-OVER 200 IN SOME CASES WITH BOOST APPLIED. OF COURSE THIS IS TAKING ALL THE TIMING OUT & RUNS LIKE CRAP. ANY RECCOMENDATIONS ON FIXING THIS/ANY PROCHARGER GUYS RUNNING THE AIR FILTER ELSEWHERE? I CAN PUT 13 DEGREES OF TIMING IN WITH NO DETONATION & RUNS ALOT BETTER...........

On this truck (98c1500) 3.2" pulley and a P1-SC. It has a OBX intercooler I belive its 12"x31"x3" with 3" in/out.
During a humid 90 degree day we will see slow cruising IAT's of 108-116 and faster cruise like 55+ we will see 96-100 degree IAT's It seems to be 8-12 above ambiet at all times. For a long boosted run it will climb to 118 max. I have never seen higher then that. I ahve warmed over the IAT table quite a bit. So when its cool at night I will see up to 19 degrees total at peak boost w/o kr. When it gets super hot and the e-fans are on and we hit it from a hot traffic stop I will see total timing go all the way down to 13-14 w/o kr. This is wih 92-93 oct. pump around here. Its currently been about 80 outside during the day and somewhat humid. So I have been seeing about 15-16 degrees total with IAT's ranging from 80-106.
Also you can see the location of the air filter right above the header on this one. All the I/C pluming is 3" too.
The 5100lb. truck has went 13.14@106 so far with 11.5-12psi. It was 91 and humid that day 2500ft DA.

FMIC on my 6.0 I see anywhere from 80-120 120 being 100+ temps outside and to the floor... Now this is only at low boost. But damm when it gets over 97+ it sure knocks the power down a few clicks..

Not sure what my IAT's are or if this helped, but I relocated my filter to the stock location, but for noise purposes, the constant bypassing on the highway and the intake noise was too much for me. I would think that the intercooler would take care of the heat, I had no trouble with mine prior to relocating the intake and I have the crappy stock 2 core.

At 12 psi of boost without the intercooler I saw 275° IATs on a 105° day......Yowsa!!!! Talk about pulling some timing!!
With my A/C chilled (40° - 45°) air/water intercooler system I see 70° to 80° IATs on a full pass at 12 psi of boost. The IATs have gone as high as 90° on a 100°+ day but with 15 psi of boost. (Still less than ambient)
