Default FMU Question

I have a cartech 2025 FMU sitting around. I was going to use it on my 96 chevy but never got around to it.

Would this be worthwhile to put on my new 06 once I get a radix or turbo for it? Would it even work with this truck?

Or should I just try to sell it? Here is a link to it. http://www.cartech.net/fmu2020.htm

Thanks,
Dan
