Pat, I appreciate all your help.

I am not trying to question you at all, but I am just curious. Even at full vac, is that more than stock?

I guess what I am trying to understand, is if they make these products for intakes, why would a supercharger setup be any different under vac than stock? From what I understand it just forces air. I didn't think vac was any higher than stock.

You're thinking about it wrong. If you were placing those tubes before the throttle body, you would be just fine. After the throttle body is a whole different story.

Good catch 03 i was thinking of this like a procharger, youre right about the elbows they arent that rigid and would collapse somewhat in vacuum id think. Youll just have to use all aluminum bends then, i could have if i really wanted to but the silicone ones were the easy way

The elbows won't collapse somewhat, they will suck closed and stall the motor. I've done all this before. Myself, jamesbond2509 and mikegyver did this at the same time and learned the hardway.

Just wanted to update you guys to get your opinion. After reading on some other turbo forums about how I can mock up the piping I need, I think I have decided to mock up the angles I need using this.

Since it won't stay very well, I am going to fill it with some of that great stuff to make it stay in place. From here, I will have my fabricator bend or cut and bend the aluminum pieces that I have into the angles I need. This should only be for the bends around the radiator. What do you guys think?

Perhaps you could get some 4" aluminum tubing and two 90 degree couplers?

I did that on my Whipple 2.9 and it seems to be working fine.

Do you have the 34" radiator? That is really what is making this difficult. I would be good if I had my old smaller radiator, but I wanted the extra cooling.

I have also already purchased a 3" universal kit, so I have several pieces including 90's, 45's, 180's, etc. None of them fit without modification.

I have the 34" radiator, but don't have an A2A set up like you. I don't have any pictures now, but I can take some tonight or tomorrow.

Pat, what did you think about my flex hose to use as a template to bend some pipe? Do you think it would work?
