I think they are around 38lb, but I could be wrong. You probably could have gotten away with the stock flex fuel pump also. As long as you are running gasoline. I wish my truck had come factory flex fuel.

yeah i have the flex-fuel pump i have the z motor flex-fuel 5.3 my fuel pump was real huge but i broke it because i have air bag supension and i drop it and it lay frame so the tank was hiting the flor but i already fix that problem and now i have a 255 fuel pump because the oem fuel pump is $550 so could this injectors work are they 42 pounds could they work with the turbo for right now

The 5.3 I put in my dads 72 is a ff, and the tune for it shows they are 33lb/hr injectors. It's turboed with a MP T-70 turbo and running 5 lbs of boost I see 80% duty cycle on the injectors. Of course this is in WY at 4800 ft elevation, so down at sea leave, would probable be closer to 90% DC. They will work fine for lower boost, but you will need bigger injectors if you want to run more boost. Also, the FF injectors use a different plug then standard injectors, so if you going to change them out, might as well go with car style injectors and space the fuel rails up along with the new pigtails and make it more upgradeable.

hey would the siemens 60# injectors work with 11.5 psi on my turbo truck its fmic and i have a boost cooler also and how much hp do you have in the 72 truck thanks for the info kbracing96

Ya, 60's should be fine for that setup, with proper tuning. Haven't dyno the 72, but I would guess its only around 380 or so. I have a pretty safe, conservative tune on it, since I didn't have time to do a full out street tune on it before I moved down to AZ. Runs damn good though, lol.

It's a 5.3L and I run 7lbs most of the time which gave me the HP #'s in my sig(edit -they keep erasing my sig) 450hp/475tq. I've been known to turn it to 14lbs sometimes too.

nice numbers and hey do you have a cam and you run 7lbs. right but when you run 14lbs. you have to re tune it or you just turn the boost *** to 14lbs. and run it with the same tune i ask because im getting my truck tune to 10lbs. and also want to run more boost at the track but i dont have a tuner so i can re tune it back and forth thanks and any track numbers
