Some of you may know that I bought a used STS kit about 5-6 months ago from this guy Ross Simpson in San Diego. Bought it, recieved it, missing parts. Me at this time = BULLSHIT ******* MAD. I called the number I was using to get ahold of him, DISCONNECTED. I sent him messages on here, NEVER REPLIED. I've been trying to get you guys to send me pictures of your installs on your trucks or new pics of brand new kits just coming in so i could compare them with what i have. The link is here , with not too much luck. Ive been preparing myself with the worst case scenario. Dumping even more money into this than I wanted to initially. Ross got his STS kit installed and uninstalled at Atomic Motorsports, and said he trusted them with everything getting properly removed and given back to him for resale. I emailed them and they told me they didnt know what could have happened because they didnt ship it to me, but gave me Ross' email. I gave it a shot and he actually EMAILED ME BACK. I'm still in shock about seeing that there are still good people out there. He said he would replace the stuff for me and it just makes me happy i dealt with him. This is part of the email he sent me back.

"I won’t leave you hanging on this, but unfortunately my hands are somewhat tied out here as far as fixing the problem. The internet is extremely slow aboard ship, and all we have are satellite phones. If you’ll come up with a price for the missing parts, I’ll pay for them as long as we’re certain that they should have been included and the prices are reasonable."

He's a Navy Pilot deployed in the middle east, and it makes me feel like **** he's out defending our country and the only thing I can think about is getting my full package I was told I would. But even if it takes him a little bit, I'm just glad hes holding his end of the deal up for me. So now I need people to do what they do best. Get some pictures of your trucks up for me either in this thread or this one so I can get my stuff together and see what I need and prices. Thanks again guys.
