I found an intake with the egr hook up for 60 bucks shipped. The cool thing is that it comes with fuel rails, injectors, fuel line, and a throttle body. I guess I could try a little portn' an polishn'. I think that I dont want to cut up my stock intake. If I ever go to sell the truck or go without the supercharger I am going to want that intake to put back on. The only other option is to put a different sensor in into the intake tube or find out what Magnacharger did on the 2002 and up trucks without egr. Anyone seen Brian?

Correct me if I am wrong but doesnt the side mount have a discharge tube running from the blower to the inlet of the intake maniflold? If so place your Iat sensor in that tube. This is where mine is located on my kenne bell. I can try to get a picture of it if you would like.

Ok if you could send a picture that would be great. I am going to take a picture of the sensor that needs to be installed and show you what I am working with.

Here are a few pics of the IAT sensor that came with the kit. I dont think I can use this unless I get an egr manifold.

Hey 03sierraslt, is your iat sensor set up like this? This is setup off a 2003 Suburban. It looks like they moved the iat sensor to where you mentioned. I wonder if this is still available through Magnacharger?
