Default Finally getting intercooler setup - Pics

We'll after months of procrastination, I finally got most of my intercooler components together. The supercharger outlet had to be repositioned. The intake flange also had to be custom made. I have not seen many twin screws with an air to air IC so this will be one of few. Enjoy the pics!

Hey V, I am in the middle of doing the same thing. I am just not takin the blower off. Did you change the outlet of the blower at all?

Yes the blower outlet had to be angled outwards, otherwise it is very difficult to get clearance between outlet and inlet.

The FMIC was much cheaper to do. Eventually I can go air to water if I have to. The big challenges were the outlets and inlets.

Very cool, do you have any pics of the complete setup on your truck from before? How are you getting the pipes to and from the front side of your radiator? Are you using aluminum pipe with couplings or silicone tubing? I would have liked to go with an aftermarket FMIC but I couldnt find a way around my big *** radiator, it was 45" from end to end with only about 1.5" between the ends of the radiator and the core support rail. There is a little voice in my head telling me i should have shelled out the coin for the "air to water" whipple intercooler. It would have been easier to install, but not as unique and not sure the performance would have been as good. Are you running 3" the whole way? Keep us updated with pics please.
