You will need a stall, some 410's out back... You will like it, but just have to get them two things first to like it alot... A radix would ahve been more DD friendly if you didn't want to do the converter and gears..( reason I got mine is I picked it up for CHEAP) Either way you will be replacing a rear and trany

If you can return it do it. I would go with a turbo before the procharger, than a radix and last a procharger. The only reason I got a procharger was because I paid 3400.00 for it new. I think Trick has a Maggie for sale brand new for 4k.

You should be around 400 rwhp after a good tune. That kit should drop you around 1.5-2 seconds in the quarter.
Get it installed and tuned first and see how you like it. When you want more, get gears, then if you still want more get a built trans with a good converter and you'll be all set.
Make sure you get a boost/vacuum and fuel pressure gauge to keep an eye on everything. Also take before and after pics, with a few of the kit.

I am running the procharger p1 with 42lb injectors and a custom dyno tune and I was at 400rwhp and 400rwtq before headers. Hate to tell you but your tranny probably won't last whether you go radix or procharger. Mine stock trans only lasted 2,000 miles with all the torque management left in the tune.
I have 3.73 gears and I like them, but a lot of guys are running 4.10s. 3.73 gears are kind of middle of the road get your moving pretty good but also get decent gas milage. But you will want to get a big stall to get the most benefit out of your system. At least a 3,000 I went with a VIG 3200 triple disk and love it, haven't looked back. Good luck.

installed a P1SC @ 70k miles...
ran stock tranny and stock motor until I pulled them out @ 217k and 219k respectively... ONLY to replace w/ good deals I got on a "built" tranny and parts to build an LS1...neither ever broke..."built" 60e broke twice before I swapped motors...
initial hp increase was 100hp over bhp...
ditch the FMU FIRST and get injectors...the rest can come later as the need for speed takes control of you...
my next upgrades were gears and then converter...

the kits for the newer trucks may not have an FMU...
it's the round item mounted near the firewall w/ a vacuum line attached...
do the new truck kits come w/ larger injectors as well?

Al you are running the D1... As far as boost goes how much sooner is it coming in, how much louder is that unit over the P1..
