I plan to pick up the same injectors for my 07' except in the 80 lb. variants to support E85. Seems like a nice injector I've seen a lot of people running.

I wish we had e85 around here, but until that day the 60 lbs should do!

I would look into the data for those injectors a little more before purchasing. Dusty, if all the data you were given about your injectors is that they were flow matched to 60#'s at 4 bar, that is hardly adequate injector data. I believe that FIC modifies their injectors to flow more, and honestly don't think they provide or know near the data that should be supplied. You need info for Injector Pulse Width adjustment, IFR, small pulse adjust, and can even use additional data if available. I'm not saying that FIC's injectors don't work, just that it CAN make for a tuning nightmare in certain instances due to lack of data. My advice would be to go with a set of Siemens Deka injectors. Injector data is all over the place for their injectors, as they have been used for GM and Fords for many years. You will have no issues finding the data for them. Also, be aware that most all injectors are measured at 3 Bar. So, for example, 60lb siemens deka injectors flow around 73lbs at 4 bar, and 60lbs at 3 bar. Relatively speaking, the FIC injectors are closer to 50lb injectors (measured at 3 bar).

Old thread, but did you end up buying those injectors? I bought some second hand and I was wondering what you did for the data. The only data I have is the flow matched card.

I ended up buying the 80 lb. one i mentioned in this post. Area47 on here tuned for me, he laughed at the "data card" I had. He just tweaked on it until it was decent. So it appears FIC could email me a file for the 80s if I asked them.

How do you like your truck after tuning and turbo? Why 80lb injectors? For E85?

Yep, went with E85.

I only got to enjoy it for a short while. I have less than 2,000 miles on the kit and my trans slips with anything above half throttle. I'm limited to 6 psi because my factory non-flex pump is out of volume. On top of that I lost my job so I have no funds to make these upgrades. Once I get on my feet I'll do something for the fuel, throw in an 80e, and crank the boost up.

Well that royally sucks!

I was lucky enough to read a ton on this site and ended up building my truck a little backwards.
