Sure....do you know the pulley sizes on the back of the blower? I have never messed with the jackshaft blowers so I dont know if they are the same size back there or if there is additional reduction. You could combine them into an effective front pulley ratio.
Or if you want to find an equivalent normal pulley size if you have a jackshaft blower

Edit: I made a spreadsheet for you to calculate the equivalent blower pulley size based on what pulleys you have on the jackshaft blower. Take that equivalent size and plug it into the main spreadsheet.

Blower RPM = Engine RPM * [Crank Diameter/Front Jackshaft Diameter] * [Rear Jackshaft Diameter/ Blower Pulley Diameter]
