now has anyone had any issues at all with brackets for the cables? or how about the vaccum ports?

vacuum lines all get tapped into th eback of the intake elbow. the cable bracket comes with the edelbrock it.

The Vic itself comes with a 1/2 vac port on one of the rear runners and a ... want to say 1/4" up at the "carb plate". You can run everything you need of off those two.

yes that is correct on sizing but imo some thing need more vacuum an dyou wont get enough out of the 1/4 tap . for all of the stuff i have on my truck i tapped 4 1.4 npt in the back of the intake elbow

i found out my old problem with my bov was because it wasnt getting good enough vac/boost signal to stay closed when under boost.

with quicks set up you need quite a few vac lines

if he does the dual intank pumps, one shoul dbe run on a hobbs switch, the fpr needs one, a boost gauge, a bov, i needed one for my evap ,i also needed two for my map sensors( 2 bar for intake and 2 bar for meth ) and one tap pre blowerr for the pcv.

Why not? Guess we have more secret's

With a Carb intake you have to custum stuff. No biggie. I ussually make the cable brackets, drill more ports in the intake for vacuum ect.

wow thats a lot of crap needing vacuum. one good thing for me i don't need vacuum for my brakes.
