No the gasket i made is from a license plate. lol. and i will try wrapping it also.

If this will be a permanent thing then I would redo it in a thicker steel. Licence plates are very thin aluminum.

Well i finally got a chance to flip it yesterday. Still havent had a chance to test backpressure but i think its okay. it seems keeping the scrol closest to the center section is gonna be better. and it deff helped with spool. Top end doesnt seem to die off either. No hardcore data but my butt dyno says no change in high rpm power.

right now torque management is 100% in. im sure once i get that out im sure that will help with spool aslo.

be careful if a piece of the license plate comes off it could trash your turbine wheel

x2 on using a thicker metal gasket/block off

I already have. the license plate was just for testing. got a nice piece of stainless sheet metal in there now.
