Whats the cheapest manifold i can buy or should i just build one?

yea #3 piston cracked a ring ledge about inch and a half long and quarter inch in. the piece either got between the piston and the head and pushed the head up or my head gaskets blew at the same time cause it was blowing white smoke out the exhaust and it wasnt oil smoke. also had oil spewing out my dip stick ahaha what a mess. luckily by the time my piston mulched up the piece it went through the turbo unharmed. ......

Get a vent kit for the rear coolant passage on the heads too. Take out the block offs and the kit will vent the steam that can build up. Steam can't cool...

as long as you dont try to spin it to 9700rpms it will hold alot.. they have held more than 1300hp.

agreed, its rpm that kills rod bolts not really power. centrifugal force likes to try and pull the rod end apart.
