Are your injectors 60# or 60# at our fuel pressure?

What is your afr at idle?

are you speed density? If so are you running a 2 bar MAP?

Not speed density, and i beleive they are rated that at around 44 psi, afr at idle while warmed up is 14.9-15.3
Also in nuetral while reving like i said it cuts out at 2500 and clears out around 4,000 but my boost gaige never budges or even flinchs

I have the same setup but with 44# injectors on an '06 5.3, and mine is doing the exact same thing. Where is your MAF mounted? I iinitially had mine right on the throttle body and it ran great, but lean in boost. Turns out it wasn't reading properly, so I put the MAF in a straight section of pipe, and that's when it started running just like yours. I logged it and sent it to JUstin at Blackbear so hopefully he can shed some light on the problem.

The MAF is infront of the throttle body and lets hope we both get or problems figured out!, and fill us in on what you find out, I have been in contact with Ray at neslon performance and he is being very helpful, i will be gathering some information for him this weekend and he recomended me close my spark plug gap from .035 and go to .029, as for that i started my truck today plugged the bov line off and let it run for maybe 5 minutes i went down my driveway mashed it, it cut out a little bit the built boost to 5psi and sound good and felt real good, but after that, it was the same old problems, massive amount of cutout at WOT and steady rpm around 2,500-3,000 while building no boost, Now that being said i felt 5psi and am definatly ready for 10!.... and a solid runing truck lol

Yep, we are definitely in the same boat, I can have mine idling in park, and try to give it some throttle and it'll just sit there and pop and fart at 3500ish rpm. BUT, put it in drive, 1st gear pulls strong at 8psi/11.5afr, anything after 1st gear is a random mess. I'm pretty sure it's nothing mechanical, because when my maf was on the tb it ran awesome, just too lean (maf wasn't reading correctly according to tuner though, which led me to moving it to the straight pipe). And in it's current config, if I unplug the maf it runs great too (staying out of boost obviously).

When you do this, fueling runs off the VE table just as it does in a speed density tune. I'd lose the maf and get yourself a real boost tune, sounds like it would very likely solve your issue.

changed my gaps to .029, took the truck out to today to get some misfire readings while pulling a load and wow they were all over the place, i can get a 10psi run but h ave to be running around 55mph and it will cuttout and buck and pop until i reach around 7psi then it clears up and takes off, but really anything under 55mph i really cant build enough boost to clear it up it seems like, i just keep seeing my wideband read 10:1 when i mash it, i got some fuel pressure readings, at idle it is around 48psi, at a cruise its around 55psi, and when i mash it it jumps to around 60psi and at a 10psi run it floats down to around 53psi at WOT throttle

and I know less about speed density then i do about what i am doing with the truck now and right now im lost, got any good right ups about SD?
