Good to know. It a very rudimentary tune at the moment. 12* at WOT with 10+ psi.

I mounted mine to the firewall in front of the rear of the intake, then a 3.5' hose to the wastegate. Using the 1 port method I had a hell'uva time getting higher boost (18-21) to work with SP1=20-50, gp1=13-21, and sens1=20. I found that for 20lbs of boost I had to use a SP1=75, gp1=17, and sens=20 with max boost/safety= 25. Holds solid at 20lbs for me with my pt88/5.3 combo.

Thank You. Good info!
I switched to a different two port method to try it out.

Well this afternoon I hooked it up as follows....
port 1 bottom port of wastegate and port 1 of solenoid to compressor
housing pressure source via a tee
port 2 top of the wastegate
port 3 to atmosphere

Ran it sp 1 40
gp 18.5
sn 20
12psi

changed sp 1 to 70 and left the rest the same

12psi

Now what?
From what I can see it's running on the spring only as that's what it does with nothing on the wastegate.

Are the controller and your map sensor reading concordantly?

Yeah. The eboost, autometer boost gauge, and the map sensor all read the same.

I'd call turbosmart. Sounds like the solenoid could be bunk.

What wastegate spring do you have in there?

Not sure but it's the spring that came in it. Got the kit from KB Racing.
I'd have to look back on the brand. It does 12 on the spring alone

Got a call back today from Turbosmart! They said one of my settings was wrong and thought overboost. Making it fall back on the spring pressure.
I'm going back to the first two port method since I could actually get it over 20psi. Not sure but I'll put the overboost up some and see what happens.
If nothing else works maybe one of you guys that own a Eboost Street could test it on your own truck if I pay the shipping both ways? It'd at least tell me if it works that way.
