Mines in the back passenger corner of the engine bay where the AIR pump was, probably 4-5' of hose down to the gate. Seems to work just fine.

In your guys experience, how much difference in boost are you seeing with changes in the sensitivity? In the manual it says to start at 20 and go from there.

Reading through the manual, this thing seems like a badass unit. Eventhough I'm not planning on using the RPM input it still has a ton of useful features. Super nice too that I'll be able to control a second fuel pump off it as well once I get to that point.

At 0 I see ~4.5psi, at 20 around 5psi, and at 30 around 6psi. Varies day to day. This is with a single port connection.

For safety, I'd start at 0.

I'm presuming that zero will provide the same boost as a standard wastegate hookup?

Also, I'm doing the 2 port setup type 2 that can provide the widest range of boost.

Zero should provide the lowest boost. I think it will be the same boost as if you were running a single-port set to zero.

Ferocity, you are talking about the duty cycle, he asked about sensitivity.

If you see your boost spike you want to lower the sensitivity some, if it comes up too slow you can raise it some. I think mine is set at 23.

0 duty cycle should be just gate pressure while 100 will be gate pressure + boost pressure on top if you are using the 2 port method. For just the single lower port, 0 will again be less than gate pressure and 100 will gate pressure.

Ferocity, that mount is bad ***. I'd imagine you get used to looking the numbers sideways.

Any details on how you set that up, where you took the vacuu, hose out the firewall, etc?

Oops you're right. The part about starting at 20 and going from there reminded me of the set point description. The sensitivity description says to leave it at 20 for most situations. I haven't played with sensitivity yet.

Yes I've gotten used to it. Honestly, my eyes are on the wideband most of the time in boost. Then afterwards I'll turn the **** two clicks to the left to see the peak boost. Adjusting the gate pressure, sensitivity, and RPM correction really will require you to log boost pressure.

Wideband location (pic shows my old Prosport wideband, sent it back for repairs, I have an AEM now, looks much better with the red numbers, matches the eBoost nicely): http://i869.photobucket.com/albums/a...pscce0bf30.jpg

The hose and wires are ran through the firewall on the far left under the dash where all the other wires come through. Same with the wideband wires.
