You can try zipping the file I'm not sure how much it'll compress...EDIT: You can only upload a 100kb zip file so that won't work.

I'm not familiar with HPT, why would your tune file exceed the maximum HPT file size? Are you uploading both the ECM and TCM tunes in one file?

Guess there was a communication error. Not 375, its 350 hp. he emailed me the graph. im attaching it now. I did some logging this a.m. under full boost and a pretty good load on the highway my injector duty cycle was staying around 23-25% and at one time it went to 28% going up a hill, so i know im not running out of fuel. My wastegate is adjustable also, so i dont know. I am by know means knocking my tuner he is a really cool guy and he only spent one day on it. Im just curious as to why the truck feels so slow. And why my work truck can out run it. 2003 ford diesel 6.0, 4 door, 4wd with STOCK exhaust and shitty superchips programmer.

Open up a Dropbox account. It's free. Upload your tune file there. After that, get the link to said file and post it in this thread.

OK, a couple problems...

Heavy truck + stock 4.8 + stock stall converter + T76mm (to big for boost level) + only 10* of timing = SLUG!!!

First off... 10* of timing is not nearly enough for 9psi, min safe for me would be 14 and I'd probable run about 16-18 on my truck on pump 93 with out meth.

Second, a 76mm turbo on a 4.8 in a heavy truck with no stall is gonna suck, you can't get it into boost. You have to get boost to make any power, that's why it feels so slow. You not making any boost till over 4K.

Third, stock stall converter. A stock 4.8 is gonna run MUCH better with a T70 and .68 a/r housing. Will spool it in the 22-2500rpm area You need a lot of converter to light that big 76mm turbo.

Things you can do to help it... Bigger stall, min 34-3600 if you wanna keep that turbo. More timing EVERYWHERE in the tune. More timing out of boost will help make more NA power which will help light the turbo. I know your disappointed, but it's just not a properly matched setup for you current situation. With turbos, bigger is NOT better unless you have the rest of the system to compliment it.

I not bashing or anything, just trying to help you understand why it's not running like you had hoped.

Oh and I'm not real versed in HPT, but I looked at your tune and from what I can tell, all TM is turned off. It's a stock 4.8, there isn't much torque to start with,

Try to throw my timing table on it and see how you like it. If you want to stay with 9 psi, you can up it from 16* to 17 or 18, just watch for knock. Also like Kyle said, you NEED a stall. I would also lean it out to 11.5
