Do you like your STS turbo kit?
Just asking the STS turbo kit owners if you like these kits?
Kinda looking at that direction.Car or truck experience.
edit--I just noticed the sticky on top about the subject,I'll do some reading.
But any feedback is apreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I loved mine, had it for almost four years with no problem with the kit. It made me faster than I had planed. The biggest down side is the oil pump. But it is super easy to install, and under hood temps are not an issue, lag is not much of an issue.
The way I see it is if you want a turbo, then front mount would be the best, unless you need to tow with it, that is really the only thing the STS kit does better than a front mount. It's not so much better but safer.
Let me ask you this, why does an STS kit appeal to you?

I love my STS. If only I had a drivetrain to use it ... Burnouts from a roll are nice though.
I love my sts because:
1. Sounds sweet.
2. Gobs of power.
3. Used kit = cheap and easy start on FI.
3. No promblems after install. 2 years DD
4. adjustable boost with a **** not a pulley
5. Kit can grow with your needs.

I love mine as well. I bought it used in April 2005 and it is still going strong. Dropped 4 seconds off my stock times and can move this heavy truck. My turbo is a little on the small side but I am thinking of changing that.
Wilde, what are you up too?
I am in the Hampton, NB area, welcome to a fellow NBer. motion427 I would consider a front mount as well. There are a couple of great sponsors building front mounts on this site.

Mort,
I'm located outside of Moncton.
Wilde Racing,
Want something different. We also have a 4x4 & Performance shop here,so I may be interested of being a STS dealer here.As far as I know, theirs no dealers here in the East Coast Canada.
I'm kinda new at Forced induction, but I'm ready to learn.I do some tuning w/HP Tuners, and a good friend of mine has his own chassis dyno.

I bought mine used for a reasonable price. Nice thing is you dont have to wrap stuff under the hood from heat compared to a front mount. You can even build you own remote mount kit if you want too. Pump is still working on mine.
