I think I know what blue line you are talking about. I would personally stay away from it because once over 250*F the line will soften up and blow off the fitting or the line will break (depends on if you use a clamp). There are other lines availabe at the hydraulic store that will exceed S.S. lines in both temperature and pressure, and cost is cheaper than S.S. but you lose the aluminum fittings. The line I use for my engine and tranny cooler are rated for 450+*F and 3000 psi.
