Bottom line. If you want to run a centri blower, you are going to want to also put a decent stall converter in there.. They love a big converter.. If you are looking to keep a stockish stall then the roots style or a turbo that is sized correct will better suit you.. It all is in how you want to use, drive the truck.. I love my procharger

Im leaning over more to the SC even if i have to add a converter i think the sc sound better in a truck than a turbo an more power

umm SC are very limited compared to turbos. you'll see alot of ppl on here running more turbos or ppl that had SC first then made the jump to turbo. check out trick or KBracing they both have nice setups

Some truth to the above statement, not 100% but some.. Yes alot of guys have switched from the roots style blower to turbos.. Not that much with centri guys.. Basically a centri blower is a belt driven turbo.. All in all the site is more roots, turbo trucks then procharged-vortec( centri blower) trucks.. About getting more power, will all be on the set up, the combination of it.. Every style of FI works well, how well it works is souly up to the combination it is matched up with..
