hey hey!. I was just giving some advise. Im not sure if you are set on having a blower, maybe its time for a change????? Im sure you could sell off your whipple stuff and have enough money to make the change. If the whipple is out of gas, a centrifical or a turbo might be the best way to go.
Not many guys i know of running a BB with a turbo. I think you would definately be running much faster with the turbo.
Its alot easier and cheaper to upgrade a bigger turbo than a blower that doesn't exist
just my 2 pennies

what is your exhaust setup now? What is that beast's stock cam spec? 13.5 is nothing to laugh at, how much do you weigh?
PS
Haven't heard from ya in awhile and you come back on freaking complaining.

Man that sucks them dropping the kit totally. So what if you need support or parts are all those discontinued too. Or if you sell the kit to someone, without the company supporting it, the kit just lost value.
Nitrous will give all the power you want. Hit me up if want a custom kit, and all the bells and whistles.
Turbo kit would be cool. Hit me up if want a custom turbo kit, sorry no tunning.
Dual power adder cheap to try.

My truck weighs in around 6950lbs last time i checked with me in it. Thats with the step bars, toolbox, hitch, etc. Thats how I drive it, so thats how i run it at the track. I dont have a clue what the 8.1L stock CAM specs are to be honest. Maybe opening up the exhaust a little wouldnt be a bad idea. Right now its a bone stock exhaust. Two 2.5" pipes into a 2(in) x 1(out) stock muffler with one 3.5" pipe out the back.

I really dont want to go with a turbo to be honest. I have nothing against them, just a personal preference. N2O might be an idea, never really considered it. Not sure how the 8.1 would respond to the juice and I dont know anyone who has tried it.....maybe TieRod, but i dont remember. Remember, this is my weekend truck, and my camping and cruising truck. I dont want it to turn into a truck I cant rely on. Right now, i dont bat any eye at hopping in it and driving to North Carolina (which i have done a couple of times with it). It runs great and has never gave me a bit of concern when it comes to reliability. I want to retain those characteristics with whatever else I do....or its not worth it to me. A larger cube blower seemed like the best way to go....but that option is falling on its face it seems. Maybe I will just throw on some new exhaust and see how it responds.

I'd give it a try. Like what was already said, your truck is nothing to sneeze at, it's big and heavy and you've got it running better than most cars. Open the exhaust a little and see if that gives you a better top.

Yeah, I bet opening up the exhaust will do some real good. I know the boost is precious to you, but you know it is pretty simple for FI...get the exhaust OUT, quickly. Maybe even some larger cat's if you don't want to large the cat's. Get er done! (and then throw a 50-75 shot on there)
