Kurt urban performance. Copper set for $40, not $100. Good quality stuff, I bought mine through them.

yea but i dont have stock pass manifold i have the trick turbo manifold

Remflex has a nice driver side for 13.99 which ill prob end up getting
CHEVROLET/GM/CHEVY Header/Exhaust Manifold Gasket

just figure if im going to do 1 may as well do both, and i dont wanna pay 200 for remflex to custom make me gaskets as id have to buy 8-10 sets cant just have 1 made

Could cut your own from copper, done it before for t4 gaskets. Works well. But at $14 that's hard to beat.

yea thought about that. Going to try this gasket for now. Probably keep the gasket i have on the pass side as its not leaking as of now. Maybe put a little of the high temp RTV on it for some extra insurance i suppose

Yes straight red rtv. Goop it and torque it.

haha your crazy. ordered up the remflex gasket. ill prob re make a new pass side and use a little rtv but i myself dont trust full rtv

I've got straight ultra copper RTV on my trick manifold crossover gasket. Just two flat surfaces. It's been holding up so far for 450 miles at 10psi.

yea but you have a gasket in there, i dont mind some rtv on a gasket but just straight rtv i dont really trust

No, just crossover flange to manifold flange with Permatex ultra copper in between.

oh your post above made it seem like you had tricks gasket with rtv on it.

i made my own gasket for that side its been holding up fine but when i pull it off to do my new driver side ill check it out see how it looks maybe toss some rtv on it
