Found these: 3/8" (10mm) Inline Check Valve Fuel Diesel Gas Liquid Air One Way Non Return | eBay
0.07psi opening pressure and 43.5psi max back pressure.
I guess PCV valves still can let a small amount of air through the opposite direction.
