Default Cranking compression JFR218 in a 5.3

To anyone out there, what are your results? I️ see around 165 psi, throttle open with a good charge on the battery. The cam was degreed when installed and put in at 108 centerline. I’m used to seeing 185 psi+ so this just seems low to me. My 5.3 is roughly 9.5:1 also. Let me know.

Just got done talking with Jarret about my cranking compression on my 5.3 with a triple12

whats your elevation? I am only seeing 140ish on mine with throttle open and no plugs in. But I am also 5000+ above sea level. He said that sounded normal as he was seeing 130ish on his when he was in Colorado.

About 600 feet above. Sounds like mine’s about right.
