Default Is this a compoud system?

Found this on the tech side and someone mentioned it was a compound Twin turbo charger + blower system.

Couple things I picked up on that were odd are it's hard to see the twins from the camera's angle as I'm sure if it is in fact a compound system the twins are remote mount or rear mounted of some type. Couple things I could and couldn't pick up on is I could hear the turbo's for a short second as it was loading up but when they let off I didn't hear a blow off valve. I also didn't hear the typical compressor whine. Having that said they could of re-routed the BOV back into the exhaust and masked the S/C whine.
Only thing I that I could see is the odd intake tubing coming from from the right wheel well and it's blurry but I don't visually see a BOV either. In any case I'm wondering if there's a build up thread running around because that would be one of the first street compound system's that I'm aware of other than VW's unique designs.
Also if it is a twins/blower that intake tube is coming from an odd place assuming that the charge piping from the twins is passing through a front mount intercooler first.

Opinions?

Edit: upon listening to it again I do hear some BOV chatter when he's moving up through the gears. Pretty cool

Thats Hellion Power System's hellraiser setup, uses the stock eaton or whatever aftermarket blower one may be running combined with various trim compressors mounted behind the bumper like the hp twin kits for the cobras. Muscle mustangs has a decent write-up on their site

That looks familier

It's not a hellion kit. We've have it for awhile

Not bad for a stock Cobra motor either.

I have muscle mustangs magazine article with a red cobra in front of me. Turbo's made 27 PSI and 44 PSI at the manifold. 1,188rwhp and 1,015rwhp. This is not the same car as the vid above.
