Default choosing the right pistons and connecting rods for 5.3 silverado engine

i own a 2004 chevy silverado with a 5.3l engine and i have to replace my pistons and connecting rods to install a 2.8 pulley for my magnacharger so can anyone help me choose the right pistons and the right connecting rods that can handles a 2.8 pulley

. the pistons and rods have nothing to do with a pulley install. if the 2.8 is going to make more than 9-10 psi boost, you mite wanna run meth, but you dont need to change pistons unless you wanna lower the compression which most guys around here dont do. maybe someone with a maggie will chime in here...

right, you dont have to change them for the 2.8 pulley, but there is the chance of popping one of them.

anyways, you cant get pistons for the 5.3 unless you get them custom cut which is $$$$.

it would be much cheaper to just drop in a LS1 or a 6.0L and be done
