Default cheap turbo and meth inj

i got my ebay turbo today and the bearings are in good shape. i will be adding this to my 355 twin-tbi sonoma. it is a 99 powerstroke turbo with a 0.84 a/r exh, and a 1.10 a/r int. i need to get the v-band clamps and flanges for it and make a mount for it. i plan to run @ 10-15 psi with 8.5-9.0:1 compression. my goal is @ 500rwhp and 11 second et's while being very drivable.

how fast (rpm) do you think it will start making boost?
has anyone made a hardware store meth kit? if so, i would like to see pix and part numbers.

kevin

Cool

I think that this DIY Alcohol Injection System may come in handy for what you have planned.

I think it will work ok, I'm not up on the power stroke turbos, but with those A/R, they look ballpark for a 355, Might be a little on the compressor side, probable spool in the mid to high 3K range. Your 500 hp goal is probably realistic, depending what, and how well your motor is built. As for the ET, that going to very greatly on the type of vehicle its gong in. A little more info on your WHOLE setup would help a lot.
