I text roger vinci and told him what I was looking for the cam he spec out for me was 212/224 on lsa114 ground on a aggressive lobe of.324 and for me to 1.8 rocker arms to give a gross lift of .585 which is close to the cam I have found 219 / 229 .550/.550 in a lsa of 114 the major difference between theese two I think is I might have to run a stall converter unless someone can tell or explain the difference of why vinci cam is better

I'd go a little bigger if going to all the trouble of a cam swap. I daily drive a 222/230 115 in my 6.0L on the street with stock converter. If serious about quarter mile racing, you would probably want a mild converter with that size or bigger cam. A 218/230 116 would work fine with stock converter street or strip. 222/234 117+2 would be my choice if I wanted a little more, but you might need to fool with a little looser converter. Both of these cams would have a slightly rough idle, but no bad manners if tuned right. Use Comp's LSL lobes and ditch the high ratio rocker arms. Lift is about .600 or a little more with these lobes and 1.7's.
