a pulley being just a little out of line.
the higher the rpms the more the side of the blet would rub
the lip on the pulley.
take a close look to see if any of yours is doing the same.
i used thin washers to shim the pulley to put it in place
so it would stop, now i don't have any belt dust on my set up any more.
