Default "In Cab" manual boost controler

I ordered a Hallman Pro RX Manual Boost Controller and here i am with the crazy idea of mounting the controller in the cab, i do drive the truck on the street and think it would be cool being able to + just one more psi when needed

i searched a little but didnt find any usefull info if this would affect on boost controling, wonder if it would give spikes

My buddy had one sort of similar to that in his Eclipse. He wasnt having boost spikes, just stupid for not tuning it and thinking a lean code meant putting a bigger pump in and turning boost up. He wondered why his dipstick kept blowing out... blow by for days.

I prefer to set my system for the max I want to run, then just use my foot to regulate how much power I want to make.

forgot to mention, reason i wana be able to control boost is i use truck for bracket racing and i need to be very consistent on each run, dont trust my foot when it goes to milliseconds
