Default Breather question

After much searching & thread reading, I still don't see a definite answer on the breather issue. I have a Procharger, should I just block off the TB port & install a breather? Or should I tie it back into the inlet side of the blower?

Seems like drawbacks for both IE: If there is blow-by, could oil make it passed the blower and finally to the MAF & ruin it?
