Default Brakes and Boost ..... need some help

I just aquired two garret T04e for my 5.3 in my 86 c-10 and need some help answering some questions.

im going to make all of my piping out of 304 stainless to place them where i like em. But i need to know how the vacuum assisted brakes work with boost.

i have been looking for hydroboost but its tough to find in my setup. Thinking of running a 1999+ hydro boost ps pump and trying to go with that hooking to a hydroboost kit.

also looking at running a victor jr. and a 90mm setup if i can get a hold of that extra grand before winter time.

how much are these things worth anyhow? i beleive they are rebuilt not new. but they are very clean, like new and bearing and impellers feel tight and visually look fine.

t4 .81 exhaust inlet and 2.5 vband exhaust housing

Im turboed and have vaccum assist brakes. My brake system is unmodified. I dont think it matter cause its gonna be hard to have boost, and be on the brakes but idunno.
