I found another vacuum leak and cleared my codes so far they have'nt come back. They were two barbs on the intake and j-tube that were for the 2003 earlier truck mine is a 2004. The barbs had vacuum caps on them that rotted from heat, so I capped them off. My fuel system is stock except for the magnacharger pump. I posted earlier that I thought I had a 3.2 pulley but after checking it is 3.4 pulley on the MP112 with the magnacharger tune. So I am assuming 5 pds of boost. Don't have a wideband but plan on getting one soon especially after all of this. I am going to check fuel pressure again while driving and see if it was the vac leaks that were causing the problem will let u know.

Ok so I drove the truck again while checking fuel pressure. It's at a steady 64psi until I hit boost and it drops to 60psi. It will do this while driving and if I sit in park and rev the engine. Could it be fuel regulator?

You could start with a new regulator, but you probably will need a pump. How is your fuel system set up? Returnless I assume?

Is it normal to have a pressure drop on the returnless system. I have read other post where guy with returnless have 4-5psi drop on there returnless system. Is this why most people switch from returnless to return style?

Hmm, I'm not positive on that, but it sounds familiar. You don't have a serviceable fuel filter, do you? Pretty sure you don't. I'll try to remember to call Joe tomorrow & ask him about your fuel pressure. Maybe somebody else will post up some info too. If your pressure is normal, then it's in your tune.

I'll post up a new thread and see if anyone post. As far as my lean codes coming back they have'nt so far since I fixed the two vacuum leaks. It also idles much smoother now. Oh and yeah I looked into changing the fuel filter when I installed the pump and was told it was non-serviceable. I guess that started on the 2004 trucks and newer.

All sounds correct to me. A small pressure drop at WOT seems to be normal from other posts I have read.
