Default Boosting my l9h 6.2

How much boost can I put to a stock l9h before needing upgraded injectors, pumps, etc. new to the ls scene and wanting to build a turbo kit for my truck without going wild. Not looking for insane numbers but just more pep in her step and basically using a turbo as a muffler for a good turbo sound

What fuel do you want to run and is the truck flex fuel?

The factory flex fuel pump should be okay for around the 500-550WHP mark on pump gas and the stock 52 lb/hr injectors on the flex fuel trucks should be okay for around the same 500hp mark. How rich you run will determine how much headroom you have.

E85 would require larger injectors as you'll need at least 30% more fuel flow, pump should be considered there too.

If the truck is not flex fuel, both will need upgrading to support any decent power level.

Due to e85 not being around in my are, I run 93 through it. It is flex fuel capable. I've heard mixed reviews and conflicting statements on size of turbo to run on these, any recommendations?

I'm not a turbo expert but I don't see any reason by something like a 75-78mm turbo wouldn't do exactly what you want it to do.

I'm running a BW S475/83 on my 6.2. Stock fuel system is maxed out at 6 psi, according to my tuner.
