If the blower is good, crank pulley is pinned, no exhaust restricton and good compression on all cyls then the only thing that leaves is an intake restriction. Have you checked to see if there is a leaf on te MAF sensor? Another thing, maybe the Tb isn't opening up all the way for some reason. Pull the intake tube off and turn the ignition on and get a buddy to mash the gas peddle to the floor and see if the tb goes all the way open. If this doesn't work then crank it quickly with the intake tube off and floor it. It will throw a MAF code and screw the fuel mixture up but it shouldnt hurt anything if it was just done pretty quick. If you are running the stock air box then maybe something has gotten stuck in the inner fender where it pulls air in from like a rag or a dead cat:

have you installed another gauge to make sure? I missed that suggestion
We have checked dame near everything, including the blower at this point. If you have not tried another gauge then do it, the autometers are Junk IMO.

replaced lower & upper valley seals, mid & rr blower gaskets, TB gasket, injestor o-rings, pinned crank, vaccum & compression tested. R/
