What about just running on wastegate spring? Does it creep or stay fairly even?

When i ran just waste gate spring it was pretty consistent. It would still creep up a little.

Sounds like you need a larger wastegate. If you're still getting boost creep of spring pressure alone, then I'm pretty sure your wg isn't big enough to bypass the excess exhaust gasses in the longer gears/higher rpm.

An electronic one will certainly help. The wastegate needs to be able to adjust based on backpressure and boost. Manual controlls just give you one ratio the whole time but an electronic one can vary it as needed.

One in particular? I like the eboost street, eboost2, and boost leash. The only one I have used and didnt like was the SCG-1. If go with the eboost units (or any other "normal" electronic boost controller) I highly recommend using the 4 port solenoid instead of the normal 3 port one. The 4 works much much better.
