If it only happens during lock up, you might be experiencing some converter shudder.

It feels like it could be that. What causes that? The extra torque from the new cam? Is there a torque converter table I could adjust? I have a Yank TT3000. I do remember messing with a TCC cycle or something like that table a few years ago when I did the first tune. It made the lock up firmer.
