Default boost in a 5.0 f150?

Anybody have any idea if a 5.0 motor in an f150 can take any boost? I have a buddy that wants me to make a turbo kit for it, since he seen what a lq4 and a s475 will do in a lifted gmc (spank his *** pretty bad).

I know they are holding up to boost in the mustangs. A mustang or ford specific forum would be more informative than here.
