Was the factory tank melting or was this more for aesthetics? It looks great.

So you said you have to change the top hose? Does removing that bracket make the fender less rigid?

You have to ground the wires for the coolant sensor to keep the light off.

If it makes u feel better, I removed that brkt. as well, to fit my Trick tank. I think I'll be fine as will Foose04. If worried, a brkt. could be fabbed, but I'd so it can be left off.

That's same as low level, correct? If so, good info.

Look good. Good find
Is that tank set up to have psi in it? Or an overflow can? What is the cap rated at?

Interested to know how it is supported at the bottom.

Also, it has no vent line. So, I think you should use vented cap.

Does it come with vented cap?

Interested in what lb cap your using aswell, I have an aftermarket tank aswell and it always pushs water out the over flow line when I rev up to 6500, but I think I might have mine mounted a little low too, idk if that would cause it.

It didn't come with a cap. He checked and the factory cap is 15PSI, the same as the mustang so went with that for like 10-15 bucks.

Here is underside shot. You can see it don't hold much and is a pretty light piece. You could fab a bracket if you felt you needed to, but I don't predict any issues with just the top two. The lower coolant line act as a vibration support from the bottom and it tabs are thick enough up top to keep it pretty firm. You do have adjust the tabs maybe a 1/8" bend down to clear hood a little more but nothing crazy.
