In other words you run open loop. I like open loop, I'm just concerned how off my fueling will become with changing weather conditions.

No, i run closed loop. There are short term trims and long term. The long terms are basically an average of short term trims. They are useful when there are big trim values, but my tune is close enough where the short term trims are plenty to keep my AFR in line.
