Im pretty sure a warm motor will make higher numbers, I was mainly looking for a dead cyl. Although this may prove I have some wear on the rings.

Your compression test is also at a altitude. You are up in the mountains, different numbers then down on the cost. Compression tests check the top ring(s) for sealing. If all cylinders are even then ALL the rings would have to be shot, not likely. Spin it up a little warranty is in place. donot put a hole in the cylinder, that voids the warranty..LOL

I think I solved my breathing problem. The hoses i have comming off the valve covers to catch can seem alittle small so I took an old oil cap, punched a 7/8 holes in the top and added a breather/filter from my pocket bike.

With the amount of oil I was losing before with the old motor, This doesn't make me nervous at all. I had to scrub all of my hot pipes with brake kleen and scotch bright before it went back on. Everytime i came to a stop smoke would come out from under the truck. LOL
