When I have the blower off next time (most likely this winter when I swap motors) I am going to open up the coolant ports on the intercooler as they are very small. I am trying to increase flow now that I have more HX. I did this on another 2300 that I installed on a TBSS but we are not spinning it hard enough to see if it helped yet.

I contacted 4 seasons radiator. They quited me about 300-350 for a dual pass 2 row 24x19. With -12AN fittings. I am hopefully gonna order ine this summer.

if it works out and is a quality part, I would def get one from them as well. did they give you a depth dimension?
