Default Best tuner advice?

Looking for some advice on a tune. Truck is a 2016 Denali CCSB with a 6.2. Mods are a whipple with 3.75” pulley and ARH headers. Currently have a mail tune from one of the well known truck tuning companies. The truck shifts terribly hard, does not seem to pull smoothly, just seems to be lacking in how it should perform, and traction control kicks on at the first to second gear shift (never in first only at the shift). Truck does get raced so performance is key. Could really use some advise on getting a spot on tune that clears my issues and leaves me worry free. Located in central Illinois.

Mail order tune via SCT, DiabloSport, EFI Live or HP Tuners?

Have to be careful because if the shifting is very harsh something is not correct. Could be the actual transmission tune or the engine tune not correct and reporting lower airflow (torque) to the TCM.

Put in your due diligence and find a local tuner with a dyno. It pays off to have it done in person on a dyno. My truck went from 380 with mail tune to 485 rwhp with custom tune and a smaller pulley. He did retune before pulley swap and it picked up 80 hp with just retune...

Tuning via email and logs back of forth is NOT optimal for forced induction combos unless the guy on the other end of the email has tuned the exact some combo in person (boost, blower size, injectors, intake and matching mods). I would only suggest remote tuning a FI combo when the vehicle is strapped onto a loaded chassis dyno with known good wideband(s) and a good operator. The tuner can then log in real time via VPN and it is no different than actually being there. To me too many things can go wrong with mail order forced induction tunes.
