Get hold of this guy. I got mine in 3 days and it was brand new in the AirAid box. Can't beat the price, $150 shipped.

I would highly recommend AirAid! I would also recommend checking your tune once it is installed!

Is the airflow that much better? I know you got something like 12hp with the airaid over the K&N drop in right? Why a tune check?

more air = less fuel.....its worth the check on a dyno with a wideband.

The only thing that has concerned me about the volant is that the top of the airbox does not seal very good. there is a rubber gasket, but its not torqued down very good. I have two thoughts:

1. I am sucking tons of hot air from the engine bay
2. or the suction creates a better seal to the system

I am curoius if the airraid would be a benificial upgrade just for this reason. My baseline dyno run told me that the modifications I did before the radix were not extremely benificial, a 230hp dyno is very close to what others dyno stock.

Am I happy with the volant = I guess.
would I be happier with a airraid = Id probably never know the difference

I did 2 Dyno pulls with the OE box, then instaled the Airaid in about 10 minutes and got a 15.7 hp increase.
