Are you using some kind of cushions in the mounts?

I using the mudflap you see on the tire. I cut strips and put between it and frame. I only mounted cell to get accurate measurements for fuel lines before i finish it up. The stock tank will come out as well as stock lines.

So when you get it all set up and installed couldnt you just check you fuel system bye turning the pump on engine off and watch fuel pressure, then adjust the reg up and down to make sure the fuel presure doesnt creep? That will at least verify that the return size is big enough Yes No???? Nice tank

Well that way you know everything would return fast enough. also with the engine now your not useing any of the fuel. Every fuel system should be able to return everything that its supplied with. For those sudden changes in pressure like 80 lbs at 90% DC then closing the throttle. The injectors shut off but it takes the fuel a second to catch up. If that makes sence

I think I'd be concerned about chassis flex ripping the mounts off the tank. Especially if it's a DD.

Why you say that? The bumper will stay on there and the crossmember that the shock bolts to is still there.
