Spoke with Joe at Left Coast this morning. They have made 800+ to the wheels with 60# injectors with no problems (I think he said 70-80% duty cycle). It will make the fuel system plumbing MUCH easier, and I can pull out the injector driver box that I had spliced into my harness. I will be able to run the fuel rails like I wanted to, with a rear inlet and front outlet that goes into the FPR. Really the only downside is that I'll have to crank the fuel pressure back up to 4 bar like the factory.

You will have no problems at all with the system you have set up. The boost referenced regulator will be great because it will raise the fuel pressure 1 to 1 with the boost.

Dibs on the injector driver and injectors. I'm glad to see you got the blower...finally. Now lets see if you can actually make 800 to the wheels.

Here's my progress so far. Got the water pump inlet swapped over, all the pulleys mounted, made up a crappy temporary throttle cable and FPR bracket, got all the fuel lines run. Tomorrow I just gotta put the valley cover in and swap engine harnesses with the new (used) one I'm picking up in the morning (don't mind the rat's nest of wiring on the driver's side...it'll be gone tomorrow hopefully). I'll mess with the intercooler and all that crap when I get back from my trip, I wanna hear this bitch run!!

I'll let you know when I'm ready to let them go. I'm gonna hang on to them long enough to make sure that I don't need them.

Your belt alignment on the blower pulley is off

I was surpised how loud that H2 with your setup was, whats the initial pulley setup you're going with?

I'm not sure what the sizes are. I ended up with a 10 rib on the blower for now, waiting for Magnuson to get more 8 rib pulleys in. This is just a temporary one.
