Default Anyone with experience in Turbo systems please read

Hey everyone, quick question about turbo kits for my trucks. Anyone who has a kit or who has made their own could you please give me a few suggestions of where to start looking? I know STS has the rear mounted turbos, but I would rather something under the hood to be honest. If anyone knows anywhere to look (that isn't an eBay turbo) could you please reply and help me out? Also if you were to build your own or even give me an idea of what I should look for please just give any information you have for me when installing a turbo. I'm looking to get some large power gains out of this so any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

I was skeptical about trick performance being a cheap turbo, but I have never heard about kbracing I'll have to look into that. Any experience with the trick performance kit?

either one of those are great kits. I built my own and Im running an "Ebay" On3 performance turbo and its never missed a lick. Easily making over 500rwhp in my 5.3 with only 11psi

Ok I feel better hearing that these kits are reliable now you guys will have to forgive me because I'm not really familiar with turbos, but what exactly do I have to do with my transmission anything at all? I was told I would be fine, but I honestly do not have a clue.

The stock 60 won't last long behind a turbo so you will need a fully built unit or swap to an 80 very soon.

Pretty sure trick or kb can set you up with the turbo of your choice, for the extra cost of course. Get with each and they can tell you what they offer. Running a trick kit myself

The search button is your friend, you can search all of that info and find allot of reading. Start doing your homework on what you want to do. Our site sponsors KBRacing and Trick Performance can get you setup, whether it be a full kit or whatever you need I would get in touch with them.
