I might have missed it but it looks like you just put ARP studs and upgraded cover on the 10 bolt? Or did you do gears? I really want to do gears in mine, but I need to find a spare 8.25 front and 8.6 rear that I can take my time and setup and upgrade with say at least 4:10s. That way I have my originals as backup and it will give me more time with no downtime to get the pattern setup correctly since I don't have much experience with them.
I was hoping to find a GMT-900 Avalanche at the junkyard as those for some reason always came with 3.73s. Problem is I think I remember the AWD 8.25s having something different about them that might be an issue for a direct swap but I can't remember. It seems like you could just swap the whole front end and then just swap the passenger axel housing from your original AWD to the 4WD.
I also love the color of your truck and wish mine was that color. The 800J white pearl I have is a really ugly almond/yellowish tint that just looks like old grandmas Cadillac.
F90000285 pump aka 470 LPH Cutting floor out of pump holder Drilled the holder out of the dark gray post-pump filter/regulator housing with 5/16" drill bit. ( started with smaller bits and worked up to 5/16") Cut the lower part of the holder to accommodate the larger diameter bell portion of the 285 pump. Measuring how far The inlet sock sits off the floor of the bucket Measuring the new inlet sock from Racetronix to keep everything relevant
Finished product. Will probably only be in the truck enough to get the truck down to the body shop to get some work done to the bottom of the fenders and the bottom of the bed and the rocker panels and then I'll sell it when I get the purpose built TI Automotive Module.

1/0 welding cable and 8 AWG, running through factory current sensor.

Front bumper back from paint. Old bumper, time to swap all the innards. This thing must break down to like 60 pieces. Probably the most tedious work of the entire project. I'll need to clean up those rusty little brackets. Primer after some bench grinder wire wheeling. Using my wife's lamp post as a drying spot.
Lower air deflector extension. Drilling to 6mm for plastic rivets to hold plate bracket. Plate bracket riveted. Just waiting for new fog lamps. I got the ECM and FSCM file back from my tuner and wrote the calibration to the truck. New plug wires lubed and heat shields transferred ready to go on. After 12 weeks, I FINALLY got a tracking number on the headers Tuesday, I'll have them Friday. Of course I'll be out of town for the weekend. I need to install the headers to figure out where I'm going to drill for the wideband bung, then drill it and take it to my welder guy. Then I can start the engine for the 1st time.
